Very easy way to get tremendous benefit in diabetes in 121 days, without any special abstinence and medication
(This article is English version of previously published Hindi article titled – बिना किसी विशेष परहेज व दवा के, 121 दिनों में डायबिटिज में जबरदस्त फायदा पहुचाने वाला बेहद आसान तरीका which was published on 7th September 2019 on “Svyam Bane Gopal” Group’s website)-
In this very easy way, discovered by the researchers of “Svyam Bane Gopal”, innumerable diabetes patients have felt much relief in their disease so far.
Before knowing this method, it is important to know that permanent benefits from using this method will start to be available only after 121 days, whereas before that, sugar level may be fluctuated. So only those people should follow this practice, who have the stamina to follow this continuously for 121 days without losing patience.
Mainly there are 3 actions needed to be adopted in this practice, and about 2 of them almost all people know that sugar level is controlled by doing them, whereas very few people know about doing the third one as well, a tremendous positive effect on sugar level is noticed.
By adopting these methods, patients of high sugar level who had fasting blood sugar level (it means empty stomach sugar level in the morning) had reached above 400 mg/dL even despite taking medicines, their sugar level was also seen reaching 75 mg/dL after 121 days. That’s why many sugar patients consider this whole process as a boon for their lives.
So those 3 very easy actions are as follows-
First action: – Doing these five Yogasanas daily – (i) First do 20 minutes of Kapalabhati Pranayama, (ii) then do 10 minutes of Anulom Vilom Pranayama, (iii) then do Mandukasana 5 times, (iv) then do Tadasana 5 times and finally, (v) Perform Maha Bandha 5 times.
Since the stomach should be empty while doing all these Yoga, it is best that all these Yogasanas be done only in the morning.
And if one doesn’t have time to do it in the morning, then it can be done in the evening or even at night, however, keep in mind that any solid food has been eaten at least 3 hours before doing these Yogasanas and at least half an hour before any liquid has been taken (although it is usually recommended to wait for 4 to 5 hours for solids and 1 hour for liquid substances but a sugar patient may have trouble staying hungry for a long time).
If you have a heart disease then Kapalbhati should be done slowly and It should not be done during pregnancy.
Second action: – Walk for at least half an hour every day or do any other types of hard exercise (like- gym, wrestling etc.)– Walking is an easy exercise that everyone can do; however, if there is no specific problem in your body (such as heart disease, wound due to any operation done within last 6 months, pregnancy, old age problems, etc.) then you should take a brisk walk so that the whole body is bathed in sweat.
If a young person does not like walking then he should go to gym, wrestling arena or playground for at least half an hour to exercise or play sports (like football, cricket, badminton etc.) so that his whole body is bathed in sweat (keep in mind that Yogasana or hard exercise should not be done much on the first day because it can harm the body, so its time should be increased gradually according to one’s capacity).
It is best if the walk is done in the morning, right at sunrise because within a few days it causes such a sound sleep at night that all the hormones of the body start getting balanced, which in itself gives benefit in many diseases.
Third action:- Chanting this Mantra of Goddess Durgaa minimum 121 times or maximum 1089 times daily. The Mantra in Sanskrit language is- “भुवनेशी माम् पाहि” (and the English pronunciation of this Mantra will be- “Bhuvaneshi Maam Paahi”)-
With this third action, i.e. the chanting of mantra “भुवनेशी माम् पाहि” (Bhuvaneshi Maam Paahi) of Maa Durga, sages (Rishi, Muni) have destroyed many severe & critical diseases, obstacles and problems since ancient times and in modern era, researchers of the “Svyam Bane Gopal” group have seen amazing benefits whenever they have used this mantra for treating diabetes which is one of the most dangerous diseases.

Since this mantra “भुवनेशी माम् पाहि” (Bhuvaneshi Maam Paahi) is in Sanskrit, so while chanting it, proper care should be taken for the pronunciation and purity of the body.
During chanting this mantra in the beginning, there is possibility of wrong pronunciation, so rather chanting inside mind, chanting should be orally for few days. This mantra can be chanted daily at least 121 times or 1089 times even with the help of fingers (Kar Maalaa or palm rosary) without any rosary.
If the facility of bathing or changing clothes is not available before chanting, then 3 times one should chant “जय माँ गंगा” (Jaiy Maa Gangaa), which eliminates impurity of body, clothes and posture (but chanting should not be done wearing shoes, slippers, wearing a leather jacket/belt or sitting on a leather chair. Also, one should not chant with stale mouth, in the toilet, sex or while doing any other unholy work but very sick or weak patients can chant even in these impure states).
The meaning of this Sanskrit Mantra “भुवनेशी माम् पाहि” (Bhuvaneshi Maam Paahi) of Goddess Durga in English is– “Hey supreme goddess of whole universe, please protect me”. By chanting this mantra, the resistance power of body and destiny increases against to all the elements harmful for the body (whether they are viruses of any disease or any sorrow written in destiny), due to which the body starts becoming healthier, stronger, happier and more lucky than ever before.
In fact, goddess Durgaa is no one else but our formless soul who dwells in the body of all living beings (because the soul is immortal and indestructible as a form of God), she is meditated in her visible form of “Sinhwaahini” Devi (A Goddess seated on lion) for the ease of understanding.
Although the soul residing in every human being is formless, however, how can we humans with a low intelligence meditate on somebody who is formless, so to get rid of this problem, sages and monks did relentless penance and pleased that formless soul (means God) again and again, due to which the supreme divine soul (means God) sometimes took the visible form of Durgaa, sometimes Shivaa, sometimes Lakshmi and sometimes Narayanaa etc. Each visible form of formless soul (means God) has different benefits, which will be published in our future articles.
To know how this mantra of Maa Durgaa brings tremendous benefits in curing the diseases, any human being can certainly feel it by chanting this mantra.
You will be surprised to hear that many people have shared their experience with the “Svyam Bane Gopal” group that though they were chanting this mantra (Bhuvaneshi Maam Paahi) of Goddess Durgaa to improve their afterlife, however, they did not realize when their sugar level became automatically normal.

Although there are many mantras and many of them may also be very beneficial for diabetics but as far as our experience is concerned, we have seen tremendous positive effect of this mantra (Bhuvaneshi Maam Paahi) in curing diabetes every time, within 121 days.
Therefore “Svyam Bane Gopal” requests all the diabetic patients reading this article that they should try to do this practice with full enthusiasm for at least 121 days.
The secret of 121 days in this is that in the ancient Indian scriptures, interpretation has been given about the interval of certain days (example – 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 9 days, 11 days, 18 days, 21 days, 27 days, 40 days, 54 days, 108 days, 121 days, 1 year, 1089 days, 1331 days, 5 years, 11 years etc.). According to the scriptures, practicing any yoga properly till the interval of the above mentioned days has such a definite effect on the body that it can be felt clearly. So, these days are like milestones of success. This means, more the number of milestone days a yoga is practiced, greater are the benefits which can be clearly seen.
There is no special restriction of eating food in this whole process which means that almost all homemade foods can be eaten in balanced quantities.
If you are already taking any medicine for diabetes (whether it is allopathic, homoeopathic or Ayurvedic), then continue taking it and when 121 days later you start getting relief, then with the advice of the doctor, gradually reduce the amount of medicine and finally stop taking any medicine when you got complete relief in diabetes.
Always remember that there cannot be any disease in the world that can never be cured, so it is wrong on the part of any doctor to give such an advice about any disease, that this disease can never be cured and medicine has to be taken for a lifetime.
In fact, any difficult disease can definitely be defeated, following three facts – (1) Choosing the right treatment, (2) Taking proper precautions, (3) Having the courage to constantly try to defeat the disease without disappointment.
The main precaution in this experiment is the complete renunciation of Taamasic foods (like- meat, fish, egg, alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, beer etc.) because it is useless to expect to get any kind of benefit from this Saattvik remedy, by taking these Taamasic foods.
